Alex joins TerraFlow from Malta Inc., where he served as General Counsel and Senior VicePresident of Corporate Development. In this role, he led the legal, compliance, corporate development, and HR functions for the long-duration energy storage startup. His expertise in technology development agreements, equity funding, and international project development established him as a key driver of the company’s strategic initiatives.
Previously, Alex held senior roles at Macquarie Capital and Sempra Energy, where he played a significant role in energy investments, project finance, and renewable infrastructure. Alex’s broad experience in corporate governance, compliance, and legal documentation strengthens TerraFlow’s leadership in sustainable energy solutions.“
