Katy, Texas — May 22, 2025 — TerraFlow Energy today announced the addition of Kate Kelley as Operations Project Manager. With more than 15 years of experience leading strategic initiatives across energy, manufacturing, and emerging tech, Kate brings a powerful track record of driving execution, improving processes, and aligning teams in fast-moving, high-impact environments.
Kate previously served as Special Projects Director at Lancium, where she was instrumental in scaling the company during a period of rapid growth. Her work included site selection and development for a 1.2 GW AI data center, corporate headquarters delivery under budget, and operational transformations that strengthened team performance and business continuity.

Most recently, Kate supported the launch of an AI-powered SaaS platform as Fractional Chief of Staff at Begonia Rose, where she led planning, reporting automation, and internal communications across multiple departments. She has also held leadership roles in quality systems, logistics, and facility operations, with a focus on operational efficiency and stakeholder alignment.
Kate holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music Performance at the University of Houston, and plans to pursue her MBA in 2027.
